- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a high-end hospitality or club setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
