Meet Our Chef
Mario Pagán is the owner of two extraordinary culinary hot spots, Sage and Mario Pagán, both located in San Juan. As a graduate of the Johnson and Wales Culinary University he has co-authored two cooking books. He has been a guest chef on Fox’s The Next Iron Chef and the James Beard House.
