Su Casa
Few places at Dorado Beach are as treasured as Su Casa, which served as Clara Livingston’s beloved home by the sea until 1955. One of Miss Livingston’s conditions was that no alterations would be made to Su Casa until the last Livingston died.
Rockefeller honored her request, using the residence as a clubhouse for golfers and later the famed five-star Su Casa Restaurant with its prized seaside-veranda tables and beloved maitre d’, which is now set to become part of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
