Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Ritz-Carlton Reserve is a new ultra-luxury brand, delivering elevated service with environmental sensibility in one-of-a-kind locations. Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is a unique hotel befitting its setting. Envisioned by a team of acclaimed architects and designers, the hotel opens in December 2012 on the footprint of Laurance S. Rockefeller’s original RockResort, surrounded by Rockefeller’s incredible “Great Park.”
The hotel and residences have been designed and are being built to LEED® Silver standards, making the America’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve one of the top 100 most sustainable hotels in the world. With only 115 guestrooms spread across 50 acres and one mile of beachfront, Dorado Beach is a luxurious island sanctuary encircled by coral reefs, blue Caribbean waters and a lush tropical forest.
